Crystal Cranes Media is a brand strategy and design agency based in Kalamazoo, MI.
We work with municipalities, transit authorities, nonprofits, manufacturers, and regional enterprises where brand consistency, stakeholder alignment, and long-term durability matter.
Our History
A Message from our Founder
Before I built brand systems for organizations, I led them. Some of my most important yet challenging work was rebuilding trust after something broke down. Over 15 years across nonprofit leadership and business, I led organizations through transitions, coordinated hundreds of events, managed teams with different personalities, different agendas, and different ideas of success.
Prior to running a brand agency, I learned that when organizations struggle to grow, it's rarely a quality problem. It's an identity problem. People don't connect with brands that don’t offer personality, clarity, or a reason to choose them. Some of the best organizations are invisible to those who need them the most. Not because their work lacks, but because their brand doesn’t tell the right story, it undersells who they actually are.
That realization brought me to brand strategy as the infrastructure that holds identity together through growth and change. I launched Crystal Cranes to help build that foundation.
