ArcFlo is a Kalamazoo-based manufacturer of electrical wire harnesses and enclosures, built by OEMs for OEMs. They specialize in low-volume, high-mix components, combining large-scale engineering expertise with the flexibility growing OEMs need. Their team supports the full process, from design and engineering collaboration to fully tested assembly and reliable delivery, with a focus on precision, quality, and long-term partnerships.
Obstacle
Despite a strong foundation of manufacturing expertise and a clear market need for their services, ArcFlo struggled to establish a presence that matched the quality of their work. Their brand lacked the cohesion and visual professionalism needed to stand out in a competitive B2B manufacturing space, and without a clear website, they had no credibility anchor to reach prospective clients or tell their story.
Compounding this, the depth of ArcFlo's offering, engineering support, quality testing, and flexible production, had not yet been shaped into a clear, compelling narrative. Decision-makers needed to quickly understand what made ArcFlo different, and the messaging infrastructure to do that simply was not in place.
